At St Mary's we have a wonderful collection of Archives covering the Church, the Parish, Ratton 
Manor and some of the local Families who have lived here. Our original Parish Registers dating from 1560 are deposited at the County Record Office, The Keep, at Falmer. We do have transcriptions of most of these. Every year in July there is a large Archives Exhibition on the day of the Summer Fair when the archives are displayed, filling the church.
